Probably the weakest of the reboot, so far
This episode was OK. I didn't really care for the choice in this one, but the riffing has its moments. The host segments are good though. I just feel like Avalanche just didn't have enough to really entertain me. I couldn't really finish it, it was too bland to me.

Probably my favorite of the new season so far!
While I liked the previous episodes, Time Travelers is probably my favorite, next to Reptilicus. The movie is a good cheesy sci-fi choice for MST3K, and has a lot of memorable moments. The riffing is good this time too (not that the first 2 episodes had bad riffing at all). The host segments are OK, didn't really get the Neil Patrick Harris cameo here. But other than that, this was a good episode.

A good, but uneven reboot
I was initially skeptical at how the reboot of MST3K would be handled, but to my surprise, its a good reboot. While not perfect or nearly as good as the original 1988- 1999 run, but its a good way to introduce new generations of the show. The movie Reptilicus is a good choice for riffing too. The host segments are a little weak (except for the rap one that was a pretty good one).
It may take a little for older fans like me to get rid of this new reboot, but I'm impressed that the show is back.

Another good episode
After the first episode of the MST3K reboot, I decided to immediately watch the next one. I liked it. While I preferred Reptilicus a little more, Cry Wilderness is another good choice for riffing. The host segments are a lot stronger this time. They even had Pearl Forrester, Bobo and Brain Guy! In conclusion, this was another good episode, even if I felt there was some problems here.

Friday the 13th (1980)
A fun slasher flick, even if I liked its sequels better
The first Friday the 13th is a fun slasher film. Not a great film, but an enjoyable one. I was kind of mad as a kid that Jason wasn't the killer, but instead his mom. But now, I appreciate his mother a lot in this film. Not much to say, but if you like slasher films like me, you should watch this one.

Interesting film, but not a good film either
The Human Centipede, I have to say, is an interesting film. The idea may be ingeniously disgusting, but other than that, this film is a generic horror flick.
Two American girls are vacationing in Germany, and after getting a popped tire (haven't seen 3 million other times), stumble upon a retired surgeon's house. He drugs the two girls and kidnaps another Japanese guy. He then tells him of his diabolical scheme: to sew three people together, mouth-to-ass. And that's pretty much it.
Pros: -The idea of the film is a unique one to say. Its at least trying to be different -Dr. Heiter's look is definitely good for a horror villain. -Not too boring -The execution of the centipede is very convincing and well-done. Cons: -Generic horror formula (tires popped, meet a bad guy, blah blah blah) -Characters are bland, and 1-dimensional -You really don't give a rat's ass about the two girls, because they're so god damn irritating -Takes way too long to get to the centipede (50 minutes to be exact) -After initially kind of disturbed by the idea, you'll generally get bored of the film after. -Some moments are kind of laughable (Dr. Heiter trying to imitate a chicken)
Overall, The Human Centipede is interesting, but really isn't a very good film or enjoyable for that matter. If you like this type of film, then OK you'll probably like it a lot. For the rest of us, its kind of a pointless gross-out flick.

A funny and well-done film!
Ghostbusters is a charming, funny and entertaining film. I initially thought I wasn't going to like it much, but after viewing it, I enjoyed this film a lot. The film is about a 4 men "busting" ghosts. Thats about it for the most part. I can definitely see why people like this film a lot. I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it.
