Johnnie Cochran: As she said, this was simply a misunderstanding.
Marcia Clark: She lied! She's out!
Johnnie Cochran: She didn't lie! She said...
Marcia Clark: She said 'no' to the question 'have you ever been a victim of domestic violence'. Her husband raped her twice.
F. Lee Bailey: Actually, it wasn't legally rape in '88. I mean between a husband and wife.
Marcia Clark: [a long and awkward silence; Clark gapes at Bailey] You just said that. Out loud.

The People vs. O.J. Simpson: A Jury in Jail (2016)

The trial is slowly coming to an end but it's still been going on too long for the jurors who start to grow tired of their surroundings. Soon one juror after another is coming under fire as Marcia Clark (Sarah Paulson) and Johnnie Cochran (Courtney B. Vance) begin to play a match game trying to get the jury more into their favor.

Overall I think this is the weakest episode to date for the series but it's still pretty good in its own right. I thought the episode got off to a rather shaky start because the jurors are so annoying that you can't help but really dislike them. I'm not sure how true all the fighting was but the episode once again shines a spotlight on racial issues and it's just rather annoying. The episode slowly picks up once we get to Simpson wanting to testify and the mock questioning that he's given. Another great moment has Robert Kardashian (David Schwimmer) finally beginning to breakdown. Schwimmer has pretty much been in the background throughout the series but he does shine here when given the opportunity.

Episode: B+
