User Reviews

This is a once in a while romantic drama.
20 February 2017 | by tylersterling-64073See all my reviews

1 Night derails the simple boy meets girl story with its superb writing, talented cast and layered aesthetic. This film is for audiences that want to see something different within the romantic genre. It is not a simple equation, which makes for a story that isn't immediately forgotten once you step outside the theater.

The performances given by Anna Camp and Justin Chatwin are as genuine as they come. They made their characters fully believable on the big screen with their overpowering romantic on screen chemistry. Their relationship was engaging within the whole spectrum of emotions. From the moments of tenderness to the sporadic outbursts, the audience is absorbed in their relationship. This is a once in a while romantic drama.
