Abed Nadir: There is skill to it.
Abed Nadir: More importantly, it has to be joyful, effortless, fun.
Abed Nadir: TV defeats it's own purpose when it's pushing an agenda, or trying to defeat other TV or being proud or ashamed of itself for existing.
Abed Nadir: It's TV, it's comfort.
Abed Nadir: It's a friend you've known so well, and for so long you just let it be with you and it needs to be okay for it to have a bad day or phone in a day.

I was no ready for this <3
2 June 2015 | by segleSee all my reviews

I love closure, I love when series finally come to an end and specially if it was way overdue. Community was not the case, Community is a show (maybe) that could go on no matter what, it survived everything, it twisted everything, it messed with our idea of what a show can and/or should be. This made Community perfect, even with some meh episodes or just season four in general. However, this finale was one of the most perfect I've seen in any series, it was emotional and clever in so many ways that it really caught me off guard.

The episode left me with tears, laughter and an existential crisis. I'm so glad I was able to get in this ride from the beginning and to be a part of what was a turning point for what "TV shows are supposed to be about". It will remain in my heart dearly and I really hope for that movie, I don't care what it is, it will be what it will have to be and I'll enjoy it no matter what.

Love everyone and specially you Dan Harmon, thank you for this.
