In case you were wondering, Ken Jeong is fully aware that he’s the “dumbest judge” on Fox’s mystery competition show “The Masked Singer.”

“To be on a show like ‘The Masked Singer’ is just such an honor. I mean really, no one knew it would be this big or this popular. And then, no one also knew that I would be the dumbest judge on that show,” Jeong told Jimmy Fallon on Monday night’s “The Tonight Show.”

“I didn’t know that was my legacy. You know you’re stupid when you think the poodle is Dog the Bounty Hunter. Two of the Three Amigos bring true crime home with them looking for the third as Steve Martin and Martin Short reunite.

The True Crime genre may never be the same after Steve Martin and Martin Short search for clues on a new Hulu series. Co-created by Martin and John Hoffman, the as-yet-untitled series comes from This Is Us creator Dan Fogelman and 20th Century Fox TV. Martin and Hoffman will write the series and serve as executive producers, along with Fogelman, Jess Rosenthal and Short. Hulu has given it a straight-to-series order. The series will shoot in New York, where it is set and which is expected to play a character.

Hulu says the comedy will be about “three strangers who share an obsession with true crime and suddenly find themselves wrapped up in one.” They have not said who will be the third, although Chevy Chase

Those who subscribe to the Premium tier of Peacock, NBCUniversal’s upcoming streaming service, will have early access every day to episodes of “The Tonight Show” and “Late Night.” Beginning in July, “The Tonight Show” will available to stream at 8 p.m. Et, with “Late Night” coming on at 9 p.m. Et.

The early-viewing option is available only to those who subscribe to the Premium tier option, which will be available at no extra cost to Comcast and Cox subscribers. For everyone else, the Premium tier option is available for either $4.99 — or $9.99 for an ad-free experience.

Peacock, the streaming service being rolled out by NBCUniversal and Comcast, will arrive April 15 on Comcast’s Xfinity X1 and Flex video platforms before a national launch on July 15.

It will come in three versions: a free, ad-supported one; a more robust, ad-supported one that will be free to Comcast and Cox Cable subscribers, and $5 for everyone else; and an offering with no ads that is $5 for Comcast and Cox subscribers and $10 for everyone else.

The service will have an “early bird” launch in April for subscribers of X1 and Flex, which account for a majority of total subscribers to the No. 1 U.S. cable operator. The national rollout comes just before the July 24 start of the Summer Olympics in Tokyo, which offers the company a large promotional megaphone. NBC’s ‘Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon’ & ‘Late Night With Seth Meyers’ Get Early Streamings On Peacock Premium

NBC’s late night talk show line-up will arrive early for Peacock Premium subscribers: Beginning in July, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon will steam at 8 p.m. Et, three and a half hours before the broadcast airtime, with Late Night with Seth Meyers then streaming at 9 p.m. Et.

Both shows are taped before live audiences earlier in the broadcast day.

The first-time-ever advance late-night showings were among the Peacock details announced today by at NBCUniversal during a Comcast investor presentation at NBC’s 30 Rock.

The early late-night streamings will provide the first coast-to-coast option of catching Fallon and Meyers well before bedtime. In 2017, the network began coast-to-coast live broadcasting of Saturday Night Live, giving West Coast viewers the choice of watching live at 8:30 pm Pt or delayed at 11:30.
