Lawrence Welk takes us to Italy where Johnny Prosciutto sings to the Merril sisters from the Finger Lakes. Mick Jagger hosts: he plays a movie action hero who discloses his real personality on a game show, a London economist speaking for J.P. Morgan in an interview with Al Sharpton, an insurance agent reluctant to sing karaoke, a dad on a soap opera, Steven Tyler as a TV host and a pitchman, and an M.C. at graduation. The digital short is "Lazy Sunday 2." Jagger sings with Arcade Fire, the Foo Fighters, and Jeff Beck. Cameos are plentiful, and the spotlight is on Kristen Wiig in her final appearance as a regular cast member. Written by <>

Did You Know?

The final sketch showed Mick Jagger as the teacher of a small group of graduating high school seniors. He commends a student who has decided to become a nun, and Bobby Moynihan stands up. Then, Jagger wants to say farewell to a student "who has been with us for seven years" - he jokes that that's a long time for a student. Jagger joins the band to start singing "Ruby Tuesday," and Kristen Wiig gets up, as the other "students" join the band singing. It becomes clear that this was Kristen's last night on SNL. The whole cast, including surprise guests Jon Hamm and Steve Martin, sing along, dance with Kristen, and wish her farewell. See more »

Season finale awesome
25 April 2018 | by hghiranSee all my reviews

Mick Jagger the legend stole the show . In Californians sketch he was great . When Fred Armisen mocked amazingly Mick Jagger's style I was jumping up & down. John Ham was also doing great. He's a great singer too. As usual Andy Samberg sang a rocking song along with ........ At the end the farewell to Kristen Wiig was emotional and appropriate .. I enjoyed the show so much & this one on particular. . Thank you
