Storyline

Only gentle 'baby' Chris seeks dating advice from fellow softy Sam, but his reputation is improving in this adventure. After a second murdered stewardess's corpse is dumped on the streets, the team keeps that quiet so Annie can go undercover impersonating her, Sam poses as off-duty pilot 'Tom Cruise'. An apparent perv drug bust proves a false trail. Straight bigot prejudice nearly ruins the trail to slick pilot Ronald Harris and his stewardess wife's swingers party attended by airline staff, where Hunt arrives with his own date. Trivia

The title is based on the autobiography "Coffee, Tea or Me?" written by Trudy Baker and Rachel Jones about their adventures as airline stewardesses. The TV movie Coffee, Tea or Me? (1973) was loosely based on the book and was about a bigamist stewardess played by Karen Valentine. See more »

Goofs

The surveillance scene depicts a full-size GMC/Chevy van with square sealed-beam headlights. This would make it a late '70s or early '80s model. Square headlights were not found on US-made vehicles in 1973; they were not allowed until 1975. See more »
