Storyline

Linda gets published. Her article on housing hits a nerve with the Sloans. They seize the opportunity to make more profits as developers. Anne has Gina over for dinner. Her motive? To set Gina up with a nice young Jewish professor, who speaks Italian. Charlie's jealousy is tempered by Gina and they make plans to meet at the library everyday.

Robert and his wife, Perrette, are home. They are confronted with their first trial as an interacial couple when a man confronts Robert in the pharmacy for touching a white woman. Perrette's French manners, or lack thereof, rub people the wrong way.

Jeff's a famous baseball player. Gina's jealous. He gets baseball cards and free beer. She gets advice from Judy about never giving up, "It's like chasing a fly ball, just because you miss the first time doesn't mean you have to quit the team." This triggers her serendipitous journey from fired, rehired - as script over seer, gal Friday, gag tester-- and Lemo Tomato Juice girl. Everyone's got Jeff's ...
