Storyline

Caitlin plans to fly home to attend her sister's wedding but her plane is hijacked and crashed into the sea and a ransom demand is issued to the airline. Meanwhile, String and Dom mount their own search and rescue plan while Caitlin and the airline owner, who's also aboard the plane, attempt to keep the passengers calm. Complicating rescue efforts, the terrorists are nearby and they attempt to shoot down anything that comes even remotely close to the downed plane. Written by R. Bernard Ment

Trivia

Flight 93 was the flight number on one of the planes hijacked 17 years later in the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States. As took place here, there were 4 hijackers. As another parallel, the 2001 hijackers also ultimately failed to achieve their intended goal. See more »

Goofs

When the hijackers smashed the plane's radio, what actually was seen broken was the glass CRT face of an oscilloscope. Oscilloscopes are used for TV and electronic servicing and would not be part of avionics in the cockpit. See more »
