The show's title "Eigo de shaberanaito,", is a shortened down version of the expression " - -nai to ikenai(dame desu)" and means "Must/have to speak English". The "naito" part is written in katakana(a script mostly used in foreign loanwords) and would in itself mean "night". It's a kind of wordplay, as the show airs at night.
