In one of the last scenes of the movie, when Rick and Jenny are talking atop a mountain, a sign can be seen in the background that says "Hangman's Peak". When the shot changes to an aerial view of them descending, the sign is gone.
When Rick goes to talk to Jenny about missing the date she's putting bags in the back of her car. Only the window is popped open in the back but in the next shot she closes the whole door.
In the King of the Mountain race, Jenny flashes Pigpen. In the scene in the bar, before the race Jenny is shown wearing a sweater with a vest over it. It would be impossible for her to merely open her jacket and reveal her bra, given what she was wearing.
When Pigpen is snowboarding towards the cliff to save the Solid Gold Dancers his bindings are set with his toes out. However, when he is in the air his bindings shift so that both feet point with toes forward. Once he lands on the gondola his bindings magically shift back.
At the beginning of the movie the guys are in the bar. After Rick gets seated at the table the bartender walks toward them carrying a little tray of chips, but when he is at the table he is pouring beer from a pitcher.

During "King of the Mountain", Rick is seen taking a drink that he holds in his mouth in order to win the race. A few frames later, after Jenny Flashes Pigpen, he's seen with an open mouthed smile looking at Pigpen after he's wiped out. He then does a flip and loses the rest of the beer in his mug. There's no way he could have smiled with all that beer in his mouth without losing it, but he still has beer at the end.
When they all the fired friends decide to skip town, they all raise their fist. Pig Pen has a hammer in one hand and he raises the other. In the next shot, he's raising the hand with the hammer in it.

When Luke is strapping up his boots after he introduces Rick during the King of The Mountain scene, he clearly spills his beer. When the camera comes back to him later, he has a full cup of beer again.
