Alvin Howard Matz is historically a well hidden and one of the most blatantly corrupt federal judges from the total of 13 judges removed from the federal bench. Matz managed to slip into retirement at taxpayer's expense after a career of tyranny and abuse under the color of law. Matz is best described in Fox News Analysis, former Judge Andrew Napolitano's book, "Constitutional Chaos". In Matz's career, he authored a book for prosecutors and the police in ways and means to cover-up police misconduct.
